1) Make a list of the things you'd like to manifest. This can be concrete and measurable like losing 5 pounds, or a little less tangible like lowering your anxiety level. Once you have a list, you'll be able to read it and focus on it as if you've already completed it.
2) Break each item into 5 small things you can do this week. Think of tiny steps in the direction of your goal. This puts the energy out to the universe of your momentum and as you mark things off your list it raises your vibration which attracts more of the energy that leads to your end goal. Keep it simple at the beginning to build your confidence and enthusiasm.
3) Rituals help! Come up with small rituals that can welcome Spirit into help you. Try crystals, tarot cards, incense, or maybe some candles...
4) Meditate and tap back into Spirit. When things aren't moving as fast as you want them too, remember you were made for this moment and you're part of something bigger. This is where the metaphysical side of manifesting comes in!
